Know Before You Go

For Golfers:

• Check-In: Registration starts at 8:00 AM. Please arrive early to check in, pick up swag bags, and get cart assignments.
• Breakfast & Lunch: Breakfast is at check-in, and lunch is a floating stop on the course.
• Tee Times: Shotgun start at 9:00 AM. Be in your carts by 8:50 AM.
• Format: The tournament is a Scramble — teams choose the best shot and all play from that spot, making for a fun and fast-paced game.
• Dress Code: Golf attire required — collared shirts and golf shoes.
• Course Info: Held at Black Desert Resort. Golf carts provided.
• What to Bring: Sunscreen, water, and your best game face! Snacks are welcome just in case.
• Post-Golf: Tournament ends around 3:00-3:30 PM. Awards will be announced during cocktail hour starting at 5:30 PM. Between 3:30 and 5:30 PM, guests can return home or enjoy the resort amenities.

For Gala Attendees:

• Check-In: Doors open at 5:30 PM. Please arrive early to ensure smooth check-in and seating.
• Dress Code: Business casual or cocktail attire.
• Parking: Complimentary on-site parking available.
• Silent Auction: Bidding is live! You can bid online before or during the event at [auction link].
• Food & Drinks: Dinner and beverages will be served throughout the evening.
• Accessibility: Contact us ahead of time for any accommodations needed.
